Tahini Sauce with Lemon & Garlic
Tahini, which is a paste made from ground sesame seeds, makes sauces and dressings super creamy without any dairy or mayonnaise. Use it as a salad dressing, a spread on sandwiches, or a sauce for falafel (recipe below)

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 small clove garlic, grated
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Lemon zest for garnish
Directions
- Stir tahini, water, lemon juice, oil, garlic and salt together in a small bowl. Garnish with lemon zest, if desired.
