Cold winter days and nights call for the best Hot Chocolate!

Growing up we always had a big Tupperware container of homemade hot cocoa mix in the cupboard. In the 70’s it was made with powdered milk, creamer, quik, cocoa, and powdered sugar.
As a kid, I’d eat it plain! 😳 I was 5 when I tried to guess the ingredients to make my own when my mom was busy. I used flour. No bueno. 😆
As an adult, my favorite hot chocolate is made with melted chocolate. When I served it at one of the last downtown Ames Main Street farmers markets, everyone loved it. Rich, chocolatey, not too hot, topped with mini marshmallows….. 🥰 yum!
