Rhubarb Concentrate

Ingredients
- 1 kilo rhubarb, cleaned and cut into small pieces
- 1.5 liter water
- 5-6 tbsps lemon juice
- 450 grams sugar
Directions
Cook rhubarb in the water, around 20 minutes. Strain, add lemon juice and sugar. Cook again until sugar has melted. Strain again and pour into bottles/jars.
